Remote Trading Bot Status Dashboard
A lightweight monitoring layer that publishes selected trading-system status through a protected web endpoint for remote viewing.
The challenge
A trading process may run on another machine or VPS, making it inconvenient to inspect basic status continuously. Directly exposing the trading terminal or credentials would create unnecessary risk.
The engineering approach
The trading side publishes a compact status payload to a web endpoint. The web layer stores or serves only selected operational information, allowing a dashboard or desktop widget to display bot state without exposing broker or exchange credentials.
Operational status, not performance marketing
Heartbeat freshness, authenticated publishing, compact state snapshots, recent events and failure-aware updates are the reviewable outputs. A stale or failed publisher should be visible rather than silently presented as healthy.
The monitoring layer provides remote visibility while keeping trading execution and public presentation separated.
