Privacy at FX Nova Bot
Information you provide
The project-request form accepts a name, email address, project type and project description. It can also accept information about strategy readiness, risk requirements and monitoring or API requirements. This information is used to review and respond to the enquiry. Please do not submit passwords, private keys, API secrets or unnecessary financial information.
Site Chat
Site Chat uses a random first-party visitor identifier to keep one browser conversation separate from another. Messages and minimal conversation state may be processed on the server to provide replies. If a visitor asks to contact the developer, the message and reply can be routed through the Telegram Bot API. Anonymous knowledge-gap and answer-feedback totals may be used to identify where public help content needs improvement.
Browser storage
- fxnb_vid: a first-party cookie used for Site Chat conversation continuity and isolation.
- fxn-market-symbol: a local browser-storage preference used to remember the selected market symbol in the market widget.
The audited site source does not include advertising pixels or web analytics services.
Technical information
The web server necessarily processes technical request information to deliver pages and protect the service. Normal access, security and error logs may contain information such as request time, requested path, browser information and network address. Such information may be used for security, reliability and troubleshooting.
External services used by site functions
- The Telegram Bot API supports the Telegram bot and developer handoff from Site Chat.
- Yahoo Finance endpoints supply public market chart data to server-side site tools.
- Alternative.me supplies the Fear & Greed value displayed by the market panel.
- The server mail function sends project enquiries to the published FX Nova Bot contact address.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for communication and legitimate administrative purposes, subject to applicable requirements. Chat and technical state are limited to what is needed for their functions. Reasonable access and storage controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
